Too much going on, too much noise, a state of entropy and chaos. You can’t think straight, you can’t think even if your life depended on it…Feels like you are drifting…maybe you are busy making money, maybe taking care of kids, maybe tied down with other obligations…but the only constant is that you are UNHAPPY. From the outside, it might appear you have it in control – BUT you are losing it.

1. Happiness: For yours, not mine and not anyone else. If you need to get a handle on what you are inspired to do, what makes you happy…you need to get on with soul-searching.

2. Freedom: If you are feeling caged, trapped in a rat race or busy without any productive outcome. You need to understand what you desire, what makes you tick and feel free.

3. Balance: Out of balance means you are not in harmony with your mission in life. Nature wants everything to co-exist in harmony – everytime you are in a mess- it is time to get back to your natural state of Balance or better said in Harmony.

Don’t stress…you don’t have to leave town if you can’t for soulsearching. Start it anywhere you can quite your mind, disconnect and reflect.
