Designing the next generation of Invincibelle
Last week, I spent most of my time talking to women. I was curious to learn what inhibits them to design new practices to succeed in today’s global world.
Here are a few of my findings:
1. Lack of time: They are juggling the demands of work life and are challenged to find time to learn new practices.
2. Lack of engaging channels: They feel that webinars were good a while ago but are boring now and with no interactivity.
3. Lack of access to teachers: They want to find teachers but have difficulty finding them.
4. Lack of a community: They need a community that encourages learning and shares knowledge
5. Lack of New media: Old traditional media is noisy and too time consuming.
At a point, when I am building the next feature set, I welcome all your comments.

#DIVERSITYtweet Book 1
With the current globalization and technological advancements, we are seeing an exponential growth in diversity in our world. People are transcending cultures and geographies and are embracing diversity in their experiences and interactions with others. Most importantly, this book is a thought provoking resource for managers and those who work with a diverse group of people, be it in the workforce, community projects, team building assignments, social gatherings, or business meetings.
