The ONE thing that I have committed to is to blog – and then comes the question – how frequently?

I don’t know the answer to this question.

Here are some of my blogger blocks ( like the writer’s block)

1. There are days, when I have a lot to say and words don’t come to my mind.

2. When I have some thought and still can’t make time to post.

3. And on days when I don’t have any thought at all (this one is most scary).

Finally…there are days when I do blog…this is when I am in the ZONE – I have a thought, the words and make time to post. This is state of mind I wish I could capture so I was able to post everyday.

My thinking is that I need to make my nervous system accustomed to being in the ZONE and for that the only thing is keep posting till being in the ZONE is my natural state of being.

So, thanks for reading…it would not matter if I didn’t have your attention.
