Live a balanced life

By: admin on Sun 05 Jul 2009 6:26 PM under General

“Stretch a boat to very full and you would wish you had stopped in time.” Lao Tsu.

Life is about finding balance in life. We should never take an extreme position on any thing. Life is in finding harmony in all aspects of your life.

If you are professionally driven – Don’t try to succeed too much that you will fail. If you go on succeeding, you are bound to fail.

If you are in love – Don’t love too much that you drive your loved one away.

If you are eating – Don’t eat too much. Food that nourishes your body can become poison if you eat a lot.

If life is not a destination and it is journey, then it is important to keep in mind that the journey is wholesome. There is balance and we should strive to attain it at all times.
