Sense and sensibility
Sometimes, we suffer not because we are not able to see things clearly…BUT by the simplicity of how clearly we see things and YET ignore them.
Recently, I have met a few people who have done wonderful things and have superior accomplishment yet they are finding it hard to enter the marketplace. They have been laid off and are wondering how to get their next opportunity.
At at the same, there are many people who are drifting mindlessly in the marketplace. They are in their jobs and still walking around with a sense of entitlement. They are doing their jobs BUT not in a awake state of mind.
And amongst this chaos are people who are inventing, designing, producing, saving, investing with passion. They are looking at the marketplace and don’t want to waste a single second – since opportunity is RIGHT at the corner and they are going to be prepared when it shows up.
The point is, it is not whether you have a job – what matters is if you are positioned to take advantage of opportunity – are you working to radically break through your previous best and to innovate your way to excellence in your work.
Simple sense says – this is a time to regroup and rediscover NOT to wither and waste.
Simple sensibility is – have I saved for bad times. If not maybe I should cut down expenses.
Sense and Sensibility – Innovate & Excel and Save & Invest.

#DIVERSITYtweet Book 1
With the current globalization and technological advancements, we are seeing an exponential growth in diversity in our world. People are transcending cultures and geographies and are embracing diversity in their experiences and interactions with others. Most importantly, this book is a thought provoking resource for managers and those who work with a diverse group of people, be it in the workforce, community projects, team building assignments, social gatherings, or business meetings.
