Ten innovations that I am so Thankful for
Today is Thanksgiving.
For those who are online…just taking a peek at blogs or Twitter or Facebook, here are the 10 Things that I’m Thankful for:
- I’m thankful for the GPS. Yep, I would not get anywhere in time without the GPS (Global positioning system) in my car. I have named the voice of my GPS, Sylvia and she has been a friend since she walked into my life
- I’m thankful for FaceBook. Even though it’s out of control (I have met so many friends from my past and keep making new friends
- I’m thankful for VOIP. My family is all over the world and internet calling has made it easier and cheaper to stay in touch…
- I’m thankful for Flat iron. Women I am sure you get it…anyone having a bad hair day.
- I’m thankful for central heating. I like the winter and love the snow. But I like central heating inside.
- I’m thankful for DVR/Tivo: I watch only selected programs on TV and can never work out a schedule to get them live. My DVR records all my favorite shows ad keeps the ads out: Daily Show, Colbert Report, History channel et al.
- I’m thankful for Air Travel. I love traveling. And Air Travel has given me the opportunity to travel to great locations all over the world…
- I’m thankful for Digital Camera. I remember the times when you would run out of reel and miss the moments you wished you could capture…now, Picture anyone?
- I’m thankful for iPhone: Never will I be alone on a airport, without a camera or iPod, without email – I am totally wired.
- And, the last and best, I’m thankful to you, dear reader.
