One great interview on Invincibelle was with Seth Godin. As you likely know, Seth’s new book Tribes is out and Seth, in his usual mega-marketing way, is out there generating press. One part of this interview on Invincibelle is about the how to power the tribe of professional women. The comment Seth makes strikes me as referencing the value of building relationships with women (though that is NOT what Seth says), “Does the tribe have a goal? Are members as connected as they could be? Who are the heroes, and who is celebrating them? Are there insiders and outsiders? Could you make your tribe tighter and more exclusive, or will you do better when more join (even though that makes existing members feel less special?”

It might be an indication of change – try understanding that women may be the key to economic recovery because of their numbers in the workforce and self-employed arena and because of their inherent desire to work with each other and with others who ‘get them’?
