Three top skills of successful people
We all want success and success means different things to different people. In business, mostly success is based on revenue, market share and profit increase. Many successful business people are always faced with the same challenges we face at work. But I wanted to share what I have observed are the top three traits of successful people. Here is what I report:
1. Focus on goals: successful people always focus on goals – they are always concerned about getting out the deliverables on time.
2. Manage time: They are world class in managing their time. They understand that time will pass and they are always making the most of their time.
3. Add value: They are always looking to add outrageous amount of value for their customers or people they transact with. They think about how to help other people significantly.
These are the TOP three skills but this is just the beginning…

#DIVERSITYtweet Book 1
With the current globalization and technological advancements, we are seeing an exponential growth in diversity in our world. People are transcending cultures and geographies and are embracing diversity in their experiences and interactions with others. Most importantly, this book is a thought provoking resource for managers and those who work with a diverse group of people, be it in the workforce, community projects, team building assignments, social gatherings, or business meetings.
