Turn your liabilities into strengths
If you discover that your job requires you to be creative, but you prefer analytical tasks to coming up with outrageous ideas, you might want to rethink your career.
That doesn’t mean you cannot thrive in a creative working environment. Maybe your ability to stay on task can help your team finish projects that otherwise would have dragged for months.
But if it is not possible to integrate your own strengths into your current job, it’s probably time to dust of the resume.
If you are accountant, architect , or logistical engineer, your “liabilities” at your old profession would instantly be transformed into strengths.
After all, given the current economic conditions, no company wants an outrageously creative accountant.
