Why good habits matter?
Many of us have resisted our parents when they tried to instill good habits in us.
They could have been:
1. Brushing your teeth
2. Waking early in the morning
3. Eating vegetables.
4. Exercising
5. Getting enough sleep
The list goes on…
And then some of us who have teachers have been requested to:
1. Keep learning
2. Develop Focus
3. Design tools
4. Accomplish
5. Plan
The list goes on…
Most of us are aware of them – yet we default.
The point is good habits matter to:
1. Live a good life
2. Keep commitments
3. Succeed in our goals
4. Be in peace
5. Be healthy

With the current globalization and technological advancements, we are seeing an exponential growth in diversity in our world. People are transcending cultures and geographies and are embracing diversity in their experiences and interactions with others. Most importantly, this book is a thought provoking resource for managers and those who work with a diverse group of people, be it in the workforce, community projects, team building assignments, social gatherings, or business meetings.
