Why it is important to write your thoughts?
For nearly half a decade, I used to believe that I had it all figured out in my head. And even when I was being asked to write, I ignored the suggestion as if I had it all under control.
In fact, many a times, I found myself:
1. Overwhelmed with the tasks.
2. Confused how to proceed through the clutter.
3. Adding costs on my time when my mind totally blanked out.
4. Being anxious of future outcomes.
5. Not sure where I was headed.
And then I discovered the ‘The art of planning’.
Here is how I began acquiring this skill.
1. I wrote, wrote and wrote.
2. I wrote till I discovered myself, what was important to me.
3. I wrote till I was able to see tangible results of my daily tasks.
4. I wrote till I got out of the fear of writing.
5. I wrote to become concise and clear in my thoughts.
Result:
I can handle planning and communicating. I am not frustrated with being busy and getting no where…I believe in writing thoughts. What about you?
