You demanded change NOW Be the change you want to see

By: admin on Fri 07 Nov 2008 3:50 PM under Entrepreneurship, General, Globalization

Regardless of who you voted for in the election (was it only Tuesday?) – thinking (and acting) positive is always more healthy than a narrow, dark “they’re all out to get us” world view.  That goes for both business and personal life.   (And, don’t we all pretty much live our businesses anyway?)

Women are typically in the forefront of positive change. And, we don’t give up.  Many women worked for the right to vote with the knowledge they wouldn’t see it happen in their lifetime. But they gritted their teeth, plopped the baby on the hip, hoisted the sign, and kept working.   And so should we all.

Entrepreneurs have always been on the scary edge. We happily leave the security of “real jobs” and take wild – sometimes wild-eyed – leaps into the unknown.  We’re cockeyed optimists and happy opportunists. Of course, we have our dark days and thoughts – but this country has always been fueled by the “little people” who do big things.

We’re living a great, albeit crazy, time.  Let’s strive to do great things…and remain sane.

You demanded change and NOW Be the change you want to see.
